ABOUT US

Founded by Andrea Luccioni Shaw in 2020, Slate Arch Studio is a full service architecture firm built on over 20 years of professional experience.  Andrea comes from a family of architects, builders, and craftsmen.  She graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences, forming her design and technical base.  Before creating Slate Arch Studio, she worked as a Project Manager, Project Architect, and Construction Administrator for several firms on a variety of project types, including primary/secondary education, senior living, institutional, commercial, and single-family and multi-family residential.

At Slate Arch Studio, you'll find that we listen to your ideas and become inspired by them.  We are skilled at managing relationships, schedules, and budgets.  We are experienced in all project phases from feasibility, programming, and concepts through design, documentation, and construction administration.

We offer our clients a variety of services, ranging from providing in-person consultations and design sketches through complete construction documents and construction administration.
